Our Parameters

While processing the raw metals and making them ready for the industrial use, we make sure that parameters like heating temperature, cooling method, cooling speed, compression etc. is all monitored and controlled. Each metal has unique toughness, ductility, resistance to corrosion, hardness and mechanical properties– therefore our experts are always cautious while tempering the same.Our experts always keep an eye check on the metallurgical steps like ore cleaning, refining, shaping &coating, removal of impurities (oxidation),control of temperature etc.

Being resistant to non-acidic atmospheric corrosion, zinc is highly used to extend the life of buildings, vehicles, ships and steel goods etc. Indian market has totally changed for this metal since last one decade, and as an emerging player in the industry we are forecasting that zinc’s demand is likely to grow by 10% every year. On the other hand, Lead is a heavy and dense metal but relatively soft and ductile. Being a poor conductor of electricity, it is heavily used for the manufacturing of automotive and industrial batteries. But lately, this metal has seen an increasing demand when it comes to providing shield against sound,vibrations and radiations (used in computers and TV screens). Same goes with other metals when it comes to consistently increasing demand.

The demand for all the four metals (Copper, Zinc, Lead and Silicon) is likely to stay very strong in India in the upcoming years. History

Multiple streams, multiple stories, hard work, and a taste of success!

The story dates back to the year 1992, when we started off with Archana Chemicals. In the span of 27 years, we have seen the development and changes in various industries. Gradually, we forayed into telecom industryand assisted some of the reputed payers like Aircel andAirtel to establish communication towers.

Later we moved into Archana Insulations Pvt. Ltd.and Glare Infrastructures Ltd. This was the era, when we started pitching for various Government projects for roads contracts, construction andNational Highways. While completing all the projects successfully, we thought of entering the international market. Our first break was “Dozers & Dozers” in the year 2017 when we hit the European market and started looking out for other opportunities for our growth.

Dozers & Dozers is the brainchild of that particular umbrella whose story started with our international partnership project “Dozers & Dozers” in Europe in 2017.We got experienced partners like Erik John and T Schintheto – who trusted in us and showcased equal enthusiasm and zeal to invest in our project. They saw the potential in the metal market and its increasing demand in India in the coming years. Moreover, we have other projects like electrical house wires and industrial wires in the pipeline as well.

With that being said, we have been occupied with various projects and have tasted success in all of them. And we believe that there are no hidden secrets to success. It is a fine recipe that requires time, preparation and hard work…with consistency. There are tough times; there are failures; but what matters is the eagerness to evolve with time, and to change with changing markets.
